Peace.
Strength.
Healing.

Healing from C-PTSD and complex trauma is not just about surviving—it’s about reclaiming your peace, finding your strength, and embracing deep healing. This 6-part mental health course is designed for women who are ready to break free from the patterns of the past and step into a life of self-understanding, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Are You Ready to Reclaim Your Peace, Strength, and Healing?

If you are struggling with the effects of C-PTSD or complex trauma, you are not alone. The impact of past trauma can feel overwhelming, manifesting as anxiety, depression, emotional numbness, or a persistent sense of shame and self-doubt. It can show up in your body as chronic pain, fatigue, or a dysregulated nervous system that keeps you on edge. Relationships may feel difficult to navigate, with patterns of avoidance, people-pleasing, or deep fears of abandonment. But healing is possible.

My 6-part mental health course is designed to help you on your healing journey through sharing knowledge, skills, and support. As a trauma-informed therapist, I integrate elements of somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, along with insights from trauma therapists, counsellors, and group therapists.

What You'll Gain from This Course:

✅ A deeper understanding of C-PTSD, also known as Complex Trauma, and how it affects your mind and body
✅ Practical exercises grounded in somatic therapy, mindfulness, and ACT
✅ Tools to regulate your nervous system and shift out of survival mode
✅ Self-compassion techniques for breaking free from self-blame and shame
✅ A roadmap to reclaim your identity, strength, and inner peace
✅ A safe and supportive space to explore healing on your own terms
