Service Description

It is tough to cope without the support you need. Anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and personal crisis can knock us off our feet. It's ok to have some help getting back up, and that's what these sessions are about.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me at least 24 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. If you are discontinuing an ongoing counselling plan, let me know to cancel your invoice.
