Fun, Relaxed, Supportive

No powerpoint slides, no fixed seating. Your need to get up and move around is fully supported, with snacks and drinks on offer throughout the event. Seating includes chairs at tables, but there's plenty of floor space for those who prefer to bring cushions/yoga mats for floor sitting. There is plenty of variety in this workshop, including games and practice exercises, and even fidget spinners for you to try out, so if you are an adult who is learning to work with your ADHD this workshop will give you bucket-loads of new strategies to work with!
