Vagus Nerve Stimulation

Vagus Nerve Stimulation is a shortcut to exercising and massaging the nerve which runs from our brain to all parts of our body: it's key to feeling good. While there are many ways to stimulate the nerve, one is to chant, hum, or sing so that our throat vibrates with sound, vibrating our vagus nerve along with it. Adapt you daily practices to include a session of singing, humming, or chanting. I have included a simple 'om' chant on youtube which can be used for guided meditation, and makes a relaxing and may be worthwhile addition to your bedtime routine.
