Session 1 Practice Tracker

Use this checklist to track your daily practice habits as we build and strengthen them together. I've added a few items for you, and you can add more to this list if there are other things you'd like to get into the daily or weekly habit of tracking. Beware! Do not risk overwhelming yourself by adding lots and lots to this list! No, our plan will be to add new things to the daily routine as we begin to get used to it, and too many obligations listed together at once can undermine us before we begin. Let's keep it simple =)
