It's important that we get to know our thoughts, understanding better the feelings they create (both immediately, and later). Download this template to begin tracking your negative thoughts - what triggers them, what results you experience - between now and your next counselling session. Try to write down at least one experience each day (small or large) and save them to discuss later in the program.

This worksheet is based on various negative thinking diaries, and assists in investigating our cognitive responses.
