If you've never done this exercise, or even if you have before, take the time to fully indulge and take your time with this one.

Jon Kabat-Zinn introduced this mindfulness activity to groups participating in his highly successful Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction workshops, as a way to make mindfulness accessible to western audiences.
